Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) position within the Divisi Gunung Tua is a critical role responsible for managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the overall credit collection strategy of our multifinance organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail‑oriented, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are motivated by achieving measurable targets. While prior collection experience is not mandatory, candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn the intricacies of multifinance operations and a commitment to ethical, customer‑focused debt recovery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end process of A/R overdue collection, ensuring all actions are taken in a timely and compliant manner.
- Conduct field visits to delinquent borrowers, presenting payment proposals and negotiating repayment plans that align with company policy.
- Collaborate closely with branch teams to identify and support problematic partners, providing timely information and recommended actions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, reporting progress and variances.
- Initiate and manage the withdrawal of assets from high‑risk customers, following legal and procedural guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the internal CRM system, ensuring data integrity for audit purposes.
- Provide regular feedback to credit underwriting teams regarding emerging risk trends and customer behavior patterns.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce delinquency rates.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, such as consumer protection and data privacy laws, to ensure all collection practices remain lawful.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels (high school diploma or higher).
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 65 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, resilience, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Possession of a SPPI (Surat Pengesahan Pengurus Industri) card is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Core skills: Credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and effective interpersonal communication.
