Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments quickly and accurately, following company procedures.
- Maintain the cash register, balance the drawer at the start and end of each shift, and report any discrepancies.
- Greet guests warmly, answer basic inquiries about menu items, and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area, including regular sanitization of equipment.
- Assist in inventory checks for cash handling supplies (e.g., receipts, bags, and change).
- Participate in periodic training sessions on POS systems, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives to boost sales and enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interest in the F&B industry and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Willingness to be assigned to any Cibiuk Resto outlet across the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or cash register systems.
