Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Barista Profesional to join our thriving coffee‑house chain and deliver high‑quality beverages to our valued customers. The successful candidate will work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, ensuring that every cup served reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and espresso‑based drinks following standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter, coffee equipment, and seating area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record daily sales.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; notify management of re‑stock needs.
- Train new team members on barista techniques, equipment operation, and customer service standards.
- Engage with customers politely, resolve inquiries or complaints promptly, and build lasting relationships.
- Participate in periodic taste‑testing sessions and product development meetings to introduce new seasonal drinks.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, dress code (professional and appealing appearance), and teamwork.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Age: Applicants up to 30 years old.
- Experience: No prior barista experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Key Skills: Basic barista competencies, ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Personal Attributes: Attractive, well‑presented appearance; strong work ethic; ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, friendly demeanor, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for coffee.
- Availability: Willingness to work the stipulated schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
