Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SPG Mobile Parfum – Penjualan dan Promosi Produk to join our dynamic sales team. This role is focused on representing our premium fragrance line in various retail environments, driving brand awareness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a confident, personable female professional who thrives in fast‑paced, customer‑focused settings and is eager to contribute to the growth of our market presence.
The position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 09:00‑17:00, with a four‑day backup rotation to ensure continuous coverage and seamless service. If you have at least one year of sales or promotional experience, a minimum education level of SMP/MTS (or equivalent), and a genuine passion for beauty and fragrance products, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell mobile perfume products across designated retail outlets, shopping centers, and events.
- Engage customers with product demonstrations, sampling, and detailed explanations of fragrance notes and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and attractive product display, ensuring all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights, reporting trends and competitor activity to the supervisory team.
- Handle cash transactions, process sales receipts, and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Provide backup coverage for fellow SPG team members for up to four days per month, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute in‑store promotions, contests, and special events.
- Uphold brand standards, dress code, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, direct selling, or promotional roles, preferably within the cosmetics or fragrance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekend shifts.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive attitude toward meeting backup responsibilities.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and inventory counts.
- Ability to present oneself professionally and maintain a polished appearance that reflects the brand image.
