As a field‑based professional, you will act as the primary point of contact for delinquent accounts, providing personalized solutions and fostering trust. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers with overdue payments, assess their financial situation, and propose realistic repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of each account, including contact history, payment agreements, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the central credit team to verify documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate settlements, deferments, or restructuring options while protecting the company’s financial interests.
- Provide clear explanations of loan terms, penalties, and the consequences of non‑payment to customers in a courteous manner.
- Report daily field activities, outcomes, and any escalated issues to the regional supervisor.
- Utilize a company‑issued mobile device or tablet to input data in real time, reducing paperwork and improving efficiency.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with local businesses and community leaders to facilitate smoother collection processes.
- Ensure all visits are conducted safely, adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on collection best practices, legal updates, and negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred.
- Male candidates only; age limit 23 years (as per latest company policy).
- At least 10 years of experience in field collection, credit control, or a related financial services role.
- Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining a team‑oriented mindset.
- Passion for field work and comfort with frequent travel across the Karawang region.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30.
