Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design process for a variety of client projects, including social media assets, website banners, brochures, packaging, and large‑format prints.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to translate brief requirements into clear, visually striking concepts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging design styles, color palettes, typography, and motion graphics techniques, and incorporate relevant innovations into our work.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand‑guideline library, ensuring consistent application of visual standards across all channels.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence.
- Prepare final production files, manage hand‑off to developers or print vendors, and conduct quality checks to guarantee flawless execution.
- Participate in client presentations, articulate design rationale, and adapt concepts based on stakeholder feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–5 years proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
- Formal education equivalent to SMA/SMK or higher; a degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of design fundamentals—including composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment, communicating ideas clearly in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime for high‑priority launches.
- Passion for staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices, and the drive to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.
