Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Retail Store Operations Manager to lead daily activities at one of our flagship locations. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and maximize sales.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per square foot, conversion rates, and average transaction value, and take corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Lead, coach, and schedule store staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions on customer service excellence, product knowledge, and loss‑prevention techniques.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Coordinate with the regional management team to align store initiatives with broader business strategies.
- Analyze sales trends and market competition to recommend promotional activities, pricing adjustments, and inventory replenishment plans.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring resolutions that reinforce brand loyalty.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 26 years old.
