Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and organized Staff Receiving and Inventory Management professional to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all inbound shipments are accurately received, documented, and stored, while maintaining optimal inventory levels to support smooth operations across the company. Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing lists, and quality standards.
- Record receipt of goods in the warehouse management system (WMS) and update inventory balances in real time.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or damages.
- Organize and label items for proper storage, ensuring adherence to FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) or other inventory rotation methods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to validate system accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized receiving dock and warehouse floor, complying with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Prepare and submit daily receiving reports, inventory status updates, and any exception reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, such as process redesign, automation adoption, and space optimization.
- Train new team members on receiving procedures, proper handling of equipment, and data entry protocols.
- Support cross‑functional projects that require inventory insights, such as sales forecasting and production planning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in warehouse, receiving, or inventory control (experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate loads, with good mental stamina for repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
