Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Pemimpin Tim Gudang Cibitung to join our fast‑growing logistics operation in Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi. This senior supervisory role oversees the entire warehouse lifecycle—Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Fleet—ensuring that goods move efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with our strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The successful candidate will lead multiple cross‑functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and act as the pivotal link between the warehouse floor and corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities
- TL Inbound
- Lead, coach, and supervise the inbound team in daily receiving activities.
- Plan and optimize storage occupancy to maximize space utilization.
- Resolve issues related to late arrivals, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies.
- Produce accurate stock‑in reports and communicate variances to inventory control.
- Implement best practices for pre‑cooling and temperature‑sensitive product handling.
- TL Outbound
- Direct the outbound team through picking, packing, and loading processes.
- Manage replenishment cycles to keep picking zones stocked without over‑allocation.
- Address stock‑record inconsistencies and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Generate daily outbound performance dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with transportation partners to align loading windows and carrier availability.
- TL Inventory
- Oversee daily inventory counting, cycle counts, and DCC (Daily Cycle Count) reporting.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies, prepare corrective action reports, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Identify excess or shortage situations and develop mitigation plans such as re‑allocation or promotional drives.
- Maintain master data integrity in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Excel dashboards.
- TL Fleet
- Monitor driver schedules from arrival, pre‑cooling, loading, departure, to remote unloading at the hub.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control Hub to resolve any bottlenecks during inbound/outbound hand‑offs.
- Prepare daily fleet dispatch reports, tracking loading times and compliance with temperature standards.
- Supervise adherence to SOPs concerning loading/unloading temperature and time windows.
- Record all operational issues, driver feedback, and equipment (e.g., cooler boxes, carts) status for continuous improvement.
- General Leadership
- Foster a safety‑first culture, conducting regular toolbox talks and audits.
- Drive lean initiatives to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase overall warehouse efficiency.
- Mentor junior supervisors and provide clear career development pathways.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- At least 1 year of proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, especially for beverages and temperature‑controlled goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills.
- Willingness to work shift schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be on call for holidays and national observances.
- Ability to be permanently stationed at the Cibitung warehouse in Kabupaten Bekasi.
