As a vital member of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring that every product leaves the facility in perfect condition, on time, and with the highest level of quality control. Responsibilities
- Maintain orderly and correctly labeled storage racks, conducting regular visual inspections to verify inventory placement.
- Prepare and pack outgoing products using appropriate materials, ensuring protection against damage during transit.
- Perform quality‑control checks on each item, verify order accuracy, and generate shipping labels and receipts.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to deliver packed parcels to the nearest courier or expedition service promptly.
- Handle shift work, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when demand spikes, especially during promotional periods.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with inventory specialists to reconcile discrepancies and support cycle‑count activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements that reduce packing time and waste.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, disposing of packing waste according to company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates preferred, but all genders are welcome; age limit up to 35 years.
- Residency in Bogor or surrounding areas is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Strong discipline, meticulousness, and a hard‑working attitude.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
- Excellent manual dexterity, speed, and an eye for detail when packing and labeling.
- Basic communication skills in Indonesian, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency with simple computer tasks such as printing receipts and updating shipping logs.
