Introduction

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of ambulatory patients, documenting medical histories, vital signs, and presenting symptoms.
- Provide direct nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and emergency interventions during ambulance transport.
- Coordinate with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Ensure the proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment used in the ambulance and outpatient settings.
- Educate patients and families on post‑transport care, medication adherence, and follow‑up appointments.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance patient safety and service efficiency.
- Adhere to all infection control protocols and occupational health guidelines while working across multiple shifts.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, providing critical care until patients reach the hospital.
- Assist in training junior nursing staff and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Wanita)
- Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s) in Nursing (Profesi Keperawatan – Ners)
- Professional License: Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for nursing practice
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an outpatient (Rawat Jalan) nurse in a hospital setting
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Sunday)
- Location: Ability to be based in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
- Core Skills: Strong clinical assessment, patient communication, emergency response, and teamwork abilities
