Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages—including espresso, cappuccino, latte, pour‑over, and specialty drinks—while adhering to company recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station by regularly cleaning equipment, countertops, and seating areas according to health‑code regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; place orders or notify management when stock runs low.
- Operate and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, performing routine maintenance and reporting any malfunctions.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring swift service without compromising quality.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, product tastings, and coffee‑knowledge workshops to stay current on industry trends.
- Uphold company standards for safety, hygiene, and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- Experience: Prior barista experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Commitment to a long‑term position with flexible scheduling, including availability from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
