Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Teller to join our growing branch in Cikupa. As the front‑line representative of the bank, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional financial services to our customers, fostering trust, and promoting the bank’s cross‑sell initiatives. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with routine transactions such as loan installment payments, cash deposits, and withdrawals.
- Process disbursement of non‑transfer NDS financing products and manage petty‑cash expenditures in accordance with internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to promote cross‑sell programs, including fee‑based income products, and guide customers through enrollment.
- Receive and accurately record cash payments related to cross‑sell initiatives, ensuring compliance with anti‑money‑laundering (AML) policies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank products, interest rates, and promotional offers to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Prepare daily cash reconciliation reports, verify balances, and report any discrepancies to the branch manager promptly.
- Operate the branch’s core banking system and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to generate transaction receipts, reports, and customer correspondence.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, providing courteous service that reflects the bank’s brand values.
- Collaborate with loan officers, customer service representatives, and security personnel to ensure seamless branch operations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and branch meetings to stay current on regulatory changes and product updates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) from any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Age: maximum 28 years old (candidates up to 29 years may be considered).

- Fresh graduates are encouraged; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant banking or financial services experience are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with core banking software.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, honesty, and a high degree of accuracy in cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with flexibility to cover peak periods.
