Introduction

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Petugas Dishwasher – Kitchen Support Staff. This vital role ensures that all dishware, cookware, and kitchen tools are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Working in a dynamic restaurant or hotel kitchen, you will support chefs, line cooks, and service staff by maintaining a spotless and efficient workspace, contributing directly to the overall guest experience and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial dishwashing machines and manually clean items that require special handling.
  • Sort, rinse, load, and unload dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils according to established hygiene protocols.
  • Inspect cleaned items for any residue or damage and report issues to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and surrounding work surfaces.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food‑preparation tasks during peak periods, such as portioning vegetables or stocking stations.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning chemicals, detergents, and sanitizing solutions to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Follow strict health‑code regulations and internal standard operating procedures for food safety.
  • Participate in waste segregation, recycling, and proper disposal of kitchen refuse.
  • Support inventory control by recording usage of disposable items and reporting low stock levels.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and helping colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: up to 30 years old.
