Responsibilities
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines and manually clean items that require special handling.
- Sort, rinse, load, and unload dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils according to established hygiene protocols.
- Inspect cleaned items for any residue or damage and report issues to the kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and surrounding work surfaces.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food‑preparation tasks during peak periods, such as portioning vegetables or stocking stations.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning chemicals, detergents, and sanitizing solutions to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Follow strict health‑code regulations and internal standard operating procedures for food safety.
- Participate in waste segregation, recycling, and proper disposal of kitchen refuse.
- Support inventory control by recording usage of disposable items and reporting low stock levels.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
