Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Kasir Penjualan Ritel to join our dynamic retail team. The successful candidate will serve as the front‑line representative of our store, handling cash transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring all equipment (cash register, scanner, receipt printer) is functional and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related questions, and provide recommendations that enhance the shopping experience.
- Verify the authenticity of bills and manage cash drawers, performing end‑of‑day reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Collaborate with inventory staff to update stock levels, report low‑stock items, and assist in merchandising displays during peak periods.
- Monitor and enforce store security procedures, reporting suspicious activities or potential loss prevention issues to management.
- Work efficiently under pressure during high‑traffic times, such as weekends and promotional events, while maintaining accuracy.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new products, promotional campaigns, and system updates.
- Assist teammates in other store areas when needed, demonstrating flexibility and a strong team‑oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail sales or cashier position.

- Key Skills:
- Proficient use of cash register and POS systems (Sistem Kasir).
