Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Community Officer (Petugas Komunitas) to join our outreach team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. This full‑time role focuses on empowering low‑income women through financial literacy, micro‑enterprise support, and personalized coaching. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and will be the primary point of contact for our beneficiaries in the assigned region.

Responsibilities
- Visit assigned villages and urban neighborhoods to build trust‑based relationships with women entrepreneurs and micro‑savers.
- Conduct one‑on‑one and group sessions on simple budgeting, savings discipline, and debt management.
- Facilitate group‑based loan disbursements without collateral, ensuring timely repayment and monitoring cash flow.
- Listen actively to client needs, propose tailored financial solutions, and coordinate with internal product teams for additional support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan performance, and training outcomes using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Report weekly progress to regional supervisors, highlighting success stories and any challenges encountered in the field.
- Promote the organization’s mission through community events, local partnerships, and social media outreach where appropriate.
- Continuously develop personal skills in communication, detail orientation, and adaptability to diverse cultural settings.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for meeting new people and building community networks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn proprietary data‑entry tools quickly.
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
