Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Petugas Pencucian Peralatan Dapur dan Perlengkapan to join our fast‑paced food service operation in Bandung. The role is essential for maintaining the hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency of all kitchen tools, cookware, and related equipment. As part of a dedicated team, you will work on a rotating shift schedule, ensuring that our culinary staff always has clean, functional gear ready for service.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and dry all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, ovens, and small appliances after each use.
  • Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or malfunction and report findings to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Maintain an organized storage area, categorizing items by type and ensuring easy retrieval during peak service times.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking usage levels, restocking cleaning supplies, and notifying procurement of low‑stock items.
  • Operate industrial dishwashers and other specialized cleaning machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to strict food‑safety standards and local health regulations, documenting cleaning cycles as required.
  • Support the kitchen team during high‑volume periods by performing quick turnaround cleaning tasks.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new cleaning technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and communicating any operational concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in kitchen equipment cleaning or a related hospitality role.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years; both male and female applicants are welcome.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
  • Strong work ethic: punctual, honest, and accountable.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
  • Resident of Bandung or able to commute reliably to the work site.
  • Basic knowledge of operating industrial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals safely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude toward team members.
