Introduction
The Sales Motorist – FMCG position is based in Astana Japura and offers an exciting opportunity to become the frontline ambassador for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio. As a motorist sales representative, you will travel daily across assigned routes, delivering products directly to retail outlets and building lasting relationships with store owners and customers. Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales visits to designated stores and customers, ensuring full coverage of the assigned route.
- Present and promote the company’s product range, highlighting key features, benefits, and any ongoing promotions.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with shop owners, managers, and end‑consumers to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels on‑hand, reporting low stock situations and coordinating timely replenishment with the distribution centre.
- Accurately record all sales transactions, update order books, and submit detailed daily sales reports to the regional supervisor.
- Communicate new product launches, price changes, and promotional offers to retailers, ensuring they are correctly displayed and merchandised.
- Maintain product presentation standards in stores, including shelf arrangement, signage placement, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market share growth.
- Provide feedback from the field regarding consumer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends to support strategic planning.
- Adhere to all safety, transportation, and company policies while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.

- Zero or more years of prior sales experience; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new routes, products, and market conditions.

- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable motorbike or vehicle for route coverage.
