Responsibilities
- Lead and moderate live‑streamed events, including product launches, entertainment shows, and corporate webinars, ensuring a smooth flow from start to finish.
- Engage the online audience through lively commentary, interactive polls, Q&A sessions, and real‑time shout‑outs.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, technical crew, and graphic designers to synchronize visuals, audio, and on‑screen graphics.
- Prepare scripts, talking points, and run‑of‑show outlines, adapting content on the fly based on audience feedback.
- Manage unexpected technical glitches or on‑stage issues with composure, quickly providing alternative solutions.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and uphold company standards for professionalism and etiquette during broadcasts.
- Assist in pre‑event rehearsals, ensuring all equipment, lighting, and internet connections are tested and reliable.
- Provide post‑event reports, including audience metrics, engagement rates, and suggestions for future improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging streaming platforms, and new interactive tools to keep our productions cutting‑edge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates, with a preference for individuals who can commit to a full‑time schedule.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a live event host or similar on‑camera role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Strong social skills, responsiveness, and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Professional demeanor: responsible, courteous, and well‑presented at all times.
- Proficiency with live‑streaming tools (e.g., OBS, StreamYard, Zoom Webinar) and basic troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional evening or weekend events as required.
- Ability to read and adapt scripts, improvise, and maintain audience engagement throughout long broadcasts.
