Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staff Sales and Distribution Logistics to join our dynamic team in Banyuwangi. This position plays a critical role in bridging our sales initiatives with efficient logistics operations, ensuring that products move smoothly from our warehouses to customers across the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a strong customer focus, capable of handling administrative tasks, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the sales force in achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily sales orders, verify customer details, and ensure accurate entry into the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and transportation teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and route optimizations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, monitor stock levels, and trigger replenishment requests when necessary.
  • Provide front‑line customer service by addressing inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, logistics performance metrics, and weekly status updates for management review.
  • Assist the sales department with quotation preparation, contract documentation, and follow‑up on pending payments.
  • Support promotional campaigns by ensuring product availability and timely distribution to key retail partners.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
  • Adhere to company safety and compliance standards, particularly regarding the handling of hazardous or perishable goods.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about market trends in the logistics and distribution sector.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior experience in sales administration, logistics, or distribution is a plus.
