Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Sales and Distribution Logistics to join our dynamic team in Banyuwangi. Responsibilities
- Process daily sales orders, verify customer details, and ensure accurate entry into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and transportation teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and route optimizations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, monitor stock levels, and trigger replenishment requests when necessary.
- Provide front‑line customer service by addressing inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues promptly.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, logistics performance metrics, and weekly status updates for management review.
- Assist the sales department with quotation preparation, contract documentation, and follow‑up on pending payments.
- Support promotional campaigns by ensuring product availability and timely distribution to key retail partners.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to company safety and compliance standards, particularly regarding the handling of hazardous or perishable goods.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about market trends in the logistics and distribution sector.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
