Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor – Consumer Sales to join our fast‑growing fashion retail team in Depok. This position is ideal for a motivated, fashion‑savvy young woman who thrives in a high‑energy environment and enjoys both face‑to‑face interaction and digital commerce. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will help drive brand awareness, maintain an inviting store atmosphere, and meet aggressive sales targets through a blend of traditional retail techniques and modern e‑commerce tools.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s apparel collections through in‑store consultations, social media, and live‑stream events on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Maintain pristine store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and attractive product displays that reflect current fashion trends.
- Conduct daily stock‑taking (stock opname) to ensure inventory accuracy and timely replenishment.
- Follow up with customers via WhatsApp and other messaging apps to answer product queries, confirm orders, and nurture repeat business.
- Host live‑selling sessions, presenting new arrivals, styling tips, and limited‑time promotions to an online audience.
- Collaborate with the marketplace administration team to upload product listings, manage pricing, and respond to buyer inquiries on multiple e‑commerce channels.
- Track personal sales performance against weekly and monthly targets, and provide regular reports to the store manager.
- Assist in organizing in‑store events, pop‑up sales, and seasonal campaigns that drive foot traffic and online engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Continuously update product knowledge, stay informed about fashion trends, and suggest merchandising improvements to increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; maximum age 25 years and unmarried.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in fashion retail or a related sales environment.
- Height of at least 158 cm with a proportional body weight; a polished, fashionable appearance is essential.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to promote products both online and offline, with experience in live‑stream hosting and marketplace administration.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for customer follow‑up, and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer‑centric attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Self‑discipline, goal‑orientation, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and inventory management software.
