Introduction
H&M is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our Bali store as Sales Advisor – Regional Bali. This is a dynamic retail position where you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to both locals and tourists. Responsibilities
- Provide top‑level customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms, and at the cash register, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by folding, hanging, and arranging garments according to H&M’s guidelines, and regularly replenishing stock to keep the store looking fresh.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, process all types of transactions accurately, and handle cash, card, and mobile payments while adhering to security procedures.
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming deliveries, checking quantities, price tags, and security labels, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Monitor price changes, update tags, and ensure that promotional signage is correctly displayed throughout the store.
- Follow all store policies related to safety, loss prevention, and emergency procedures to protect both customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with teammates, offering assistance during peak periods, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and store meetings to stay current on fashion trends, brand initiatives, and sales techniques.
- Assist in organizing special events, seasonal promotions, and visual displays that drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years; maximum age: 28 years.
- Completed secondary education (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail fashion experience; previous work in a fast‑fashion environment is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is highly desirable.
- Professional appearance with a neat, well‑groomed look that reflects H&M’s brand standards.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy retail setting.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and commute to the assigned store location.
