We are looking for a diligent and customer‑focused Administrator Penjualan to join our TikTok Shop operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our online store runs smoothly, orders are processed accurately, and customers receive timely, professional support.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming chats and inquiries on TikTok Shop, providing clear product information and guiding customers through the purchase journey.
- Handle customer reviews, feedback, and complaints with a calm and professional demeanor, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels on a regular basis, update product stock, and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock‑outs.
- Process incoming orders, verify order details, and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in the return and exchange workflow, documenting each case accurately and communicating status updates to customers.
- Support live‑stream sales events and affiliate promotions by preparing sales data, product specifications, and real‑time performance reports.
- Maintain orderly digital records of all transactions, returns, and customer interactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales activities with broader business objectives.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency, suggesting tools or processes that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce administration, preferably with TikTok Shop or similar marketplace platforms.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy; ability to compose clear, polite, and persuasive messages.
- Excellent attention to detail, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Comfortable working under daily targets and strict deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management tools, order management systems, and spreadsheet applications.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
