Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Sangatta, Kalimantan. This role is essential for ensuring smooth processing of business channeling orders, maintaining accurate customer data, and supporting the credit approval workflow. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the sales hub, and the credit assessment team, guaranteeing that every order is entered, verified, and communicated efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound orders received through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring timely acknowledgement and processing.
  • Collect, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data before entry into the ACCTION system.
  • Accurately input order information received via dicicilaja into ACCTION, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Review and process credit applications according to the RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or customer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
  • Communicate credit approval decisions to customers promptly, providing clear explanations of next steps.
  • Issue survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and coordinate closely with the Sales Hub Coordinator (SHC) on pending customer orders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive electronic archive of all customer records, ensuring easy retrieval for audits and compliance checks.
  • Participate in regular cross‑functional meetings to improve order flow, reduce processing times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies on data security, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in business administration is a plus.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative support, loan processing, or a related financial services role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, database entry, and familiarity with credit‑assessment software.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer information, identify potential risks, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team‑player mindset with a customer‑centric approach and the willingness to collaborate across departments.
