Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Coordinator Digital Marketing to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing integrated digital strategies that drive brand awareness, increase online sales, and maximize return on investment across multiple channels. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, and will be responsible for orchestrating SEO, paid advertising, marketplace management, content creation, and social media initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Conceptualize, design, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, paid ads, marketplace presence, and social media, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • SEO Management: Develop and refine on‑page and off‑page SEO tactics, conduct technical audits, perform keyword research, and monitor search‑engine trends to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Paid Advertising: Create, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and various marketplace ad platforms, managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Marketplace & E‑Commerce Oversight: Design optimization strategies for major marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada), supervise product listings, respond to customer inquiries, and manage reviews to enhance conversion rates.
  • Content & Social Media Coordination: Supervise the production of engaging content, schedule posts, monitor community interaction, and ensure brand voice consistency across all social channels.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external partners such as KOLs, affiliates, media agencies, and brand collaborators to amplify campaign reach and impact.
  • Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate weekly and monthly reports, and present insights to senior leadership for data‑driven decision making.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, applying new knowledge to keep the company’s marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 35 years.
  • Gender: open to all.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar digital marketing role, with a portfolio of measurable campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, paid advertising, marketplace operations, content creation, and social media management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data‑driven strategies that achieve revenue and performance goals.
  • Creative mindset, innovative thinking, and a strong desire to grow within the digital marketing field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Experience in corporate branding is a plus.
  • Analytical skills: ability to interpret campaign data, manage budgets, and optimize spend.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, and common SEO audit platforms.
  • Adaptability to fast‑changing market conditions and emerging platforms.
