Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Penjualan Kendaraan Otomotif to join our fast‑growing automotive parts distribution team in the Jabodetabek area. This role focuses on the sale of automotive batteries for cars and motorcycles, targeting both retail outlets and service workshops. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of proven sales experience in the automotive sector, possess strong negotiation skills, and be able to nurture long‑term customer relationships that drive repeat business.

The position offers a competitive salary aligned with the Jakarta Minimum Wage (UMP), performance‑based commissions, transport allowance, and comprehensive BPJS benefits. Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with a supportive environment that encourages professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new retail stores, garages, and service centers within the Jabodetabek region to expand the customer base for automotive batteries.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the technical advantages of our battery lines for both cars and motorcycles.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring contracts comply with company policies and are signed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in the CRM system, forecasting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and resolve any shipment issues.
  • Monitor payment processes, follow up on invoices, and ensure that collections are received according to agreed terms.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities, such as discount campaigns or joint marketing events with key dealers.
  • Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, warranty claims, and technical assistance.
  • Report sales performance, market feedback, and competitive insights to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Continuously upgrade product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, new battery technologies, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA).
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on sales experience in the automotive battery, automotive parts, or related vehicle accessories sector.
  • Valid SIM C and personal motor vehicle for field visits.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building trust with diverse customers.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Jabodetabek metropolitan area on a regular basis.
