Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Hub Lead for its Boliohuto hub in Kabupaten Gorontalo, Gorontalo. This pivotal role oversees the end‑to‑end flow of parcels, ensuring that every shipment moves smoothly from pick‑up to final delivery. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, act as the central point of contact between warehouse staff, line‑haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, and drive continuous improvement in hub performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels, supervising each step from collection to customer hand‑over.
- Coordinate daily operations with the Warehouse team, Line Haul drivers, and 3PL partners to align schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain service standards.
- Implement loss‑prevention strategies to minimize the risk of missing or damaged packages, including regular audits and real‑time tracking.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliation, and reporting for inbound and outbound movements.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, optimizing dock usage, load planning, and dispatch sequencing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop hub staff, conducting performance reviews, providing training on safety protocols, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Analyze operational KPIs (e.g., on‑time delivery rate, error rate, throughput) and propose process enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health‑and‑safety standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience with both Last‑Mile and First‑Mile delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to train, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Willingness to reside in Boliohuto, Kab. Gorontalo, Gorontalo, and work Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30.
