- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including table settings, silverware, and the dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests to ensure a flawless experience.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to synchronize order flow and reduce wait times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, and conducting end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; hospitality‑focused programs (Pariwisata) are preferred.
- Age: 20‑28 years for men, 20‑26 years for women (maximum 27 years for the overall posting).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or similar food‑service environment.
- Physical standards: Minimum height – 160 cm (men) and 155 cm (women); proportional weight; neat, presentable appearance; no visible tattoos.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey menu details clearly and courteously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, handle high‑pressure situations, and adapt quickly to changing guest volumes.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic math for order entry and bill handling.
- Commitment to the work schedule: Monday‑Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional peak‑time shifts.
