Introduction

Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and individual clients for BRI Finance’s suite of loan, deposit, and investment products.
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that align with regional market trends and corporate objectives.
- Conduct product presentations, financial needs analyses, and solution‑based consultations to demonstrate value to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of services.
- Provide post‑sale support, address client inquiries, and nurture long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and regulatory changes to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to BRI Finance’s compliance and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Male candidates, age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, banking, or financial sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the high standards of BRI Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to be placed at the BRI Finance unit in Samarinda, with flexibility to align placement with the applicant’s domicile and company needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- High level of integrity, customer‑centric mindset, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
