Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including cuticle care, shaping, and polishing.
- Design and execute nail art ranging from simple accents to intricate, high‑detail designs using gel polish, acrylic, and builder gels.
- Apply gel polish, extensions, and acrylic/builder gel with precision, ensuring long‑lasting results.
- Provide eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets, tailored to each client’s eye shape and preferences.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards by sanitizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and following health‑safety protocols.
- Deliver courteous, prompt, and professional customer service, guiding clients through service options and after‑care instructions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging nail art trends, new eyelash techniques, and product innovations through continuous learning and industry events.
- Manage time efficiently to uphold high quality while meeting the salon’s productivity goals.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to ensure smooth workflow and a cohesive client experience.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring product levels and reporting replenishment needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in nail art, gel polish application, and/or eyelash extension techniques.
- Demonstrated mastery of basic and detailed nail art designs; ability to create custom artwork on request.
- Proficiency in classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extension methods.
- Strong eye for detail, patience, and a high level of artistic sensibility.
- Professional appearance, good grooming, and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client demand.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language skills are a plus).
