Introduction

First Choice Food, a leading retail distributor of frozen food products in Jakarta and the surrounding Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area, is expanding its operations. After successfully navigating the challenges of the global pandemic, the company continues to grow and seeks a diligent and proactive Office Boy (Petugas Kebersihan dan Penjagaan Kantor) to join its facilities team. This full‑time position is based at our modern office in Kedaung Kaliangke, Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop all floor surfaces, ensuring a spotless and safe environment for staff and visitors.
• Clean and sanitize executive offices, employee workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and warehouse areas on a daily basis.
• Maintain the appearance of furniture by wiping tables, chairs, and surrounding surfaces regularly.
• Organize and keep the pantry tidy, including washing kitchen utensils, glasses, and other equipment after each use.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the facilities supervisor.
• Assist with minor logistical tasks such as delivering messages, retrieving documents, and transporting small items within the office premises.
• Perform routine checks of office equipment (e.g., air conditioners, lighting) and notify maintenance when repairs are needed.
• Adhere to the company’s health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially in food‑handling areas.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
• Age: 22‑40 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in office cleaning or similar custodial roles.
• Transportation: Ability to ride a motorbike for occasional errands or off‑site tasks.
• Literacy: Able to read and write Indonesian fluently.
• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, high initiative, honesty, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Personal Traits: Reliable, hardworking, and proactive in identifying cleaning needs before they become issues.
• Additional Skills: Basic communication skills for interacting courteously with supervisors and office staff.
