Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard – Facility Protection Officer to join our team in the BSD Tangerang area. This full‑time position is focused on safeguarding our clients’ premises, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets. The role is ideal for disciplined, communicative women who possess a strong sense of responsibility and a proven track record in security operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned facilities, including entry points, perimeters, and critical zones, to prevent unauthorized access and incidents.
- Enforce company security policies, SOPs, and emergency protocols consistently and without exception.
- Operate communication equipment (radio, mobile devices) to report incidents, coordinate with control rooms, and maintain real‑time situational awareness.
- Conduct routine inspections of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and promptly notify technical teams of any malfunctions.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches, applying first‑aid and evacuation procedures as needed.
- Prepare accurate daily and incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and outcomes for management review.
- Collaborate with outsourced security vendors and, when applicable, with plantation (perkebunan sawit) staff to align security measures with operational requirements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkpoint environment, ensuring all safety signage and barriers are visible and functional.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on evolving security threats, technology, and best practices.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company’s commitment to safety and integrity.
Requirements
- Age: 21‑43 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security services, preferably in outsourcing or palm‑oil plantation environments.
- Active GP (Guard Personnel) certification and a valid KTA (Security Personnel Card).
- Strong understanding of security management systems and standard operating procedures.
- Proven ability to handle emergency situations with calm, decisive problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous yet firm attitude.
- Physical and mental fitness, free from narcotics, and able to work the schedule of Tuesday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Residence in or near BSD Tangerang is highly preferred (placement at a local church facility).
- Proficiency with communication tools and basic computer applications for reporting.
