Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Kolektor Lapangan – Pengumpulan Data to join our expanding team in Gianyar, Bali. This senior field collection role focuses on direct customer interaction for credit repayment, supporting our commitment to responsible lending and high‑quality service. The successful candidate will work primarily in the Denpasar metropolitan area, visiting borrowers at their homes, managing daily and monthly collection targets, and representing the company with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits to residential customers who are delinquent on their loan installments, explaining repayment options and negotiating payment plans.
- Achieve and consistently exceed the assigned monthly collection amount, while maintaining a high rate of successful recoveries.
- Meet daily visit quotas, planning routes efficiently using knowledge of the Denpasar region and local traffic patterns.
- Follow the company’s standardized collection procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal audit guidelines.
- Document each customer interaction accurately in the CRM system, updating payment status, remarks, and any escalated issues.
- Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and report them to the credit risk team for proactive intervention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, handling objections calmly, and offering constructive solutions.
- Collaborate with the field supervision team to share best practices, improve collection techniques, and support junior collectors when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Paket C).
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection or a related customer‑facing role; 2 years is preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM C) and personal motorbike for travel between customer locations.
- Deep familiarity with the Denpasar area, including neighborhoods, landmarks, and common routes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and de‑escalate tense situations.
- High level of self‑discipline, target‑orientation, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and resilience in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to the Denpasar region and work the schedule of Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
