We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative – Business Development (Sales NOO) to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is to identify, engage, and onboard new retail outlets and partner stores, expanding the company’s market footprint and driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates are proactive, excellent communicators, and thrive in a fast‑paced field environment where meeting and exceeding targets is part of everyday life.

Responsibilities

  • Research and pinpoint potential new outlets or stores that align with the company’s product portfolio and growth strategy.
  • Conduct on‑site canvassing visits, delivering compelling product presentations and explaining partnership programmes.
  • Negotiate terms of collaboration, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the outlet’s needs and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, updating CRM systems regularly to reflect progress and next steps.
  • Achieve monthly targets for new outlet openings, tracking performance against KPI dashboards and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Prepare and submit detailed activity reports, including sales figures, market feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with newly onboarded partners, providing post‑sale support and facilitating promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless onboarding and supply chain alignment.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to continuously sharpen negotiation and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals with confidence.
  • High level of self‑motivation, discipline, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Passion for field sales, with a willingness to travel to various locations during standard working hours (08:00 – 17:00).
  • Ethical conduct, honesty, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking platforms.
