Introduction

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned territories, following the RMP (Route Management Plan) to maximize coverage and efficiency.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new retail and wholesale customers, converting leads into long‑term partnerships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing product education, handling inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling, cross‑selling, and effective negotiation techniques.
- Develop and present detailed sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the regional manager.
- Participate in “smart cluster” initiatives by deepening product knowledge and delivering tailored solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, in‑store displays, and sampling events that boost brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory levels using a mobile Android device.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ethical sales practices at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of RMP (field visit planning) and the ability to execute it efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Adaptability, self‑motivation, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Own a reliable motorcycle, valid SIM C, and an up‑to‑date SKCK (Police Clearance).
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for reporting and communication purposes.
- Possess a clean driving record and willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
