Responsibilities
- Plan, install, and configure IPSRS hardware components, including AC units, power distribution panels, and related electrical infrastructure.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize system downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot faults, and implement corrective actions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware upgrades with the IPSRS application, ensuring seamless data flow and system stability.
- Document all maintenance activities, generate detailed service reports, and update asset inventories.
- Provide on‑site technical support during shift rotations, including night and weekend coverage as required.
- Train end‑users and junior technicians on proper equipment handling, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending upgrades or process changes that enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Maintain effective communication with management, reporting on key performance indicators such as mean time to repair (MTTR) and system availability.
Requirements
- Male candidates are preferred, though all genders may apply.
- Physically and mentally fit, capable of handling demanding technical tasks.
- Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Preferable experience in AC and electrical system maintenance; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are also considered.
- Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00).
- Residency in Gresik or surrounding areas is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of medical equipment standards and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to document technical procedures clearly.
