Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Video Content Creator to join our fast‑growing fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated storyteller who can translate brand guidelines into compelling video assets for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand stories. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, social media strategy, and audience insight, ensuring that every piece of visual content resonates with our target shoppers while maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
The position is full‑time, Monday through Sunday, with core hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be under 30 years of age, have at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent), and bring a minimum of one year of hands‑on experience creating fashion or lifestyle video content.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short‑form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) that aligns with briefings and brand tone.
- Research and stay ahead of emerging trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other visual platforms, translating insights into fresh content ideas.
- Develop content calendars in collaboration with the social media and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Produce polished final assets in required formats, adhering to strict timelines and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal designers, copywriters, and product managers to synchronize visual storytelling with overall campaign messaging.
- Iterate on feedback quickly, making revisions to meet stakeholder expectations while preserving creative integrity.
- Maintain a personal portfolio of work, showcasing a strong sense of personal branding and on‑camera confidence.
- Mentor junior creators on best practices for shooting, lighting, and editing to elevate the overall quality of the team’s output.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a content creator, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging short‑form video platforms, including algorithmic nuances.
- Ability to work independently from pre‑production through post‑production, including shooting, lighting, and on‑camera performance.
