This full‑time position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily accounting operations. Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian accounting standards.
- Enter and validate data for key system modules, including sales details, inventory of soybeans, plastics, and other raw materials, production output, cash flow statements, and payroll components.
- Prepare and follow up on customer invoices, monitor payment status, and coordinate with the sales team to resolve discrepancies.
- Submit loan applications, track approval status, and maintain documentation for financing activities.
- Perform daily bank account reconciliations, verify mutasi (account mutations), and report any irregularities.
- Compile weekly profit‑and‑loss statements and present closing balances for the branch’s operational unit.
- Process employee payroll, calculate deductions, and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—for all financial and operational records.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, providing financial insights that support inventory planning, production scheduling, and sales forecasting.
- Assist in ad‑hoc projects such as cost‑analysis, budgeting support, and internal audits as directed by senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting or financial administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to perform accurate calculations quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to change, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
