This role places you directly within a BNI branch where you will act as the face of BNI Life, promoting our comprehensive suite of individual bancassurance products to both existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a detailed sales plan for life insurance products within the assigned BNI branch, aligning targets with overall corporate objectives.
- Conduct proactive outreach and face‑to‑face consultations with branch customers, explaining policy features, benefits, and underwriting processes.
- Collaborate closely with BNI branch staff—including relationship managers, tellers, and customer service representatives—to generate leads and cross‑sell insurance solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by following up on leads, managing documentation, and ensuring timely policy issuance.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, tailoring messages to diverse customer segments such as salaried employees, entrepreneurs, and retirees.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while adhering to compliance standards and internal risk guidelines.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, providing post‑sale service, answering inquiries, and facilitating policy adjustments.
- Report weekly and monthly sales performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to regional management.
- Participate in continuous training programs, earning certifications that enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field are also welcome.
- Age between 20 and 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in financial services marketing; preferably 2 years in the bancassurance or broader insurance sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a polished, professional appearance.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Must not be listed as an active member of AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia).
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
