Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused individual to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Timur as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities

  • Operate standard office software, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Excel, and email platforms, to generate reports and track performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.
  • Uphold company standards for appearance, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily activity reports, highlighting trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 25 years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior customer‑service experience is a plus.
  • Clear vision – candidates must not wear glasses during work hours.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Professional appearance, honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially with Windows operating system and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Customer‑service mindset with a genuine desire to help and solve problems.
