Responsibilities
- Act as the brand ambassador for the baby product portfolio, conducting in‑store demonstrations, product sampling, and promotional activities that drive trial and repeat purchase.
- Build and nurture relationships with retailers, pharmacy chains, and key decision‑makers to secure optimal shelf space, eye‑catching merchandising, and timely stock replenishment.
- Execute daily sales plans, meet or exceed individual sales targets, and report performance metrics to the regional sales manager.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations for the marketing team.
- Provide product education to store staff and customers, highlighting key benefits, usage instructions, and safety certifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized promotional display, ensuring all marketing materials are up‑to‑date and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Participate in periodic training sessions, product launches, and special events to stay current on new product features and promotional strategies.
- Adhere to the prescribed work schedule (Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00‑17:00) and maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates only – this position is designated for women.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 28 years old or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG, preferably within FMCG and baby‑care product categories.
- Residency within the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, or Bekasi) to enable efficient travel to assigned outlets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present product information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong sales aptitude, including the ability to negotiate, close deals, and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Basic proficiency with mobile applications for reporting sales data and updating activity logs.
