- Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and restocking supplies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure each guest leaves satisfied.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with teammates to train new hires and share best practices.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a café, barista, or customer‑service role.
