Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Relationship – Slawi (Jawa Tengah) to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting vehicle financing solutions, both through face‑to‑face interactions and telephone outreach, while nurturing strong relationships with customers and distribution partners. Responsibilities
- Execute direct marketing activities for vehicle financing products, including in‑person client meetings and outbound calls.
- Manage and optimize all available distribution channels, ensuring that branch targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys to gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present financing proposals that align with customer needs and company policies.
- Coordinate with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to streamline the approval process.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a proven ability to work toward sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management, target‑oriented selling, and customer acquisition techniques.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Placement: Assigned to the nearest Adira Finance branch based on the candidate’s domicile.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
