We are seeking a dynamic Staf Operasional Penjualan Toko Retail to join our fast‑growing retail team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting sales staff, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the store management system and conduct regular stock counts.
- Assist sales associates with product placement, pricing updates, and promotional displays.
- Process transactions, handle cash registers, and ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
- Provide timely support for customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators for store management.
- Train new staff on store procedures, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
- Ensure the store environment adheres to safety, hygiene, and merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in‑store promotions and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) or equivalent; High School (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they possess strong experience.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Computer proficiency: Ability to operate standard office software and retail POS systems.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail operations is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with relevant internships or part‑time roles are welcome.
- Key soft skills: Strong work ethic, discipline, reliability, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
