This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, enjoys direct customer interaction, and possesses a solid understanding of modern sales tools such as marketplace integrations and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve offline and online customer orders with accuracy and courtesy.
- Arrange and display products attractively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, including stock counts and product movement.
- Prepare and deliver customer orders promptly, ensuring proper handling of frozen goods.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Pack products securely for both in‑store pickup and delivery.
- Compile daily sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as transaction volume and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Operate and troubleshoot the POS system and marketplace integration platform (Jubelio) to process transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate stock replenishment and resolve any stock discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age up to 38 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Possession of a personal two‑wheel motor vehicle for delivery and store duties.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a proactive, initiative‑taking attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with marketplace integration tools (e.g., Jubelio) and POS systems.
- Ability to manage stock, conduct regular inventory checks, and understand stockist processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to write clear sales reports.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 18:00.
