We are seeking a motivated Petugas Kredit & Pemasaran to join our dynamic sales team in Bekasi. This role focuses on driving the growth of our financial products through proactive outreach, relationship building, and rigorous market analysis. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily sales activities, including direct product promotion and closing new credit agreements.
- Execute canvassing campaigns across designated territories to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—to track performance against targets.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and customer service teams to streamline the application process.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and best sales practices.
- Utilize a personal two‑wheel vehicle to reach out to clients in remote or underserved areas.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑32 years old; no upper age limit as long as the candidate meets performance criteria.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, though prior experience in credit or banking sales is a strong advantage.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical abilities for assessing loan eligibility.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability and quick learning in a fast‑paced environment.
- Licenses & Assets: Valid SIM‑C driving license and a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
