Introduction

As a SAR, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through product inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience that reflects GraPARI’s commitment to quality.

The position is based in Jakarta and offers the opportunity to work across the entire metropolitan area, interacting with a diverse customer base and collaborating with a high‑performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and own assigned sales targets, employing proactive advocacy and strict compliance with established SOPs.
  • Provide consultative sales support, answering product questions, offering tailored recommendations, and addressing customer needs promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering Telkomsel products and services with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, coordinating any additional assistance required beyond the sales scope to maintain a continuous service experience.
  • Assist in managing peak‑period queues, helping to de‑congest service lines and deliver timely assistance during high‑traffic intervals.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, SAR Coordinators, CCO Supervisors, and regional teams to escalate product or sales issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on Telkomsel product updates, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities, contributing to overall revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) with a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2C telecommunications environment.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to be deployed throughout the entire Jakarta area.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Gender: open to all.
  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
