Introduction
Adira Multifinance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Remedial Officer to join our dynamic team in the Cilegon area, serving the greater Jabodetabek region. This pivotal role focuses on managing the accounts receivable (A/R) overdue portfolio, ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships. As a frontline member of our credit and collection department, you will contribute directly to the financial health of the organization and help drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and follow up on all overdue loan and financing accounts to achieve collection targets.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, or in‑person visits, employing professional negotiation techniques to secure payment agreements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, highlighting risk trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and legal teams to assess delinquency risk and initiate legal proceedings when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and financial systems, ensuring data integrity for audit purposes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff on effective collection strategies and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify patterns of recurring payment issues and propose process improvements to reduce future delinquencies.
- Support the development of customer education initiatives that promote responsible borrowing and timely repayment.
- Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously enhance skill sets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered for entry‑level positions.
- Age limit: 29 years or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0‑1 year in collections, credit control, or a related finance role; prior experience in multifinance or banking is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, honesty, and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira branch office in Cilegon or any designated location based on domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
