Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Partner – Account Officer to join our team in Kabupaten Malang. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as their trusted business partner.
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, contracts, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including sales, operations, and finance—to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client issues.
- Monitor account performance against agreed‑upon KPIs, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct on‑site visits to client locations in Kabupaten Malang to assess needs, gather feedback, and reinforce partnership commitment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, training sessions, and product launches that support client objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and up‑to‑date information.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

- Own a reliable motorbike for daily travel within the Kabupaten Malang area.
- Zero to several years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel for client meetings.
