Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Teknisi Magang – Dukungan Teknik to join our dynamic engineering team in Bitung, Tangerang. This internship provides a hands‑on opportunity to develop practical skills in preventive maintenance, equipment operation, and safety systems within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, document activities, and compile comprehensive reports for management review.
- Execute corrective repairs in accordance with detailed work instructions, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to quality standards.
- Operate auxiliary utility equipment such as compressors, pumps, and generators, while monitoring performance metrics.
- Assist engineering teams in preparing for equipment modifications, upgrades, or the installation of new production facilities.
- Support the completion and verification of calibration checklists for measurement instruments, guaranteeing traceability and accuracy.
- Participate in the operation and routine testing of fire protection and occupational safety systems, reinforcing a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and cross‑functional teams to coordinate tasks and share status updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles and company housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferred specialization in Mechanical Engineering (SMK Teknik Mesin).
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.

- Experience: No prior work experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
